I do think memorable music can be used at times throughout the game without it being distracting. For example, the kick-ass Half Life music that comes on when you've got a challenge approaching, yes it's distracting, but it just pumps you up for the battle ahead. Another example would be story moments that lack any gameplay, e.g.

Lol, pocketing ABG = winning the game.

Capitalism with slight government control for me. A free market with restrictions against monopolies etc, I believe that these environments are the best at ensuring individual rights and scientific advancement.

I just love after you've modeled something you can just drop straight into the Kit in first-person.

Be aware that Paradox games are very niche though. You may find them too complex.

I think once I finish Human Revolution and the original Deus Ex I'll make a comparison thread. Both are such amazing games that can learn from each other.

Hmm. I've been playing Deus Ex: HR and I'm thinking about changing my vote to that.

Srake and ABG were originally the only 2 bronies on this forum.

ABG created a thread for MLP.

Gained a few bronies.

Epsilon started a thread against it.

It was counter-productive and only made more people bronies, including Epsilon himself.

Now the majority of the AF community here are bronies.

Actually Michael Archer had a RD avatar before ABG made the thread. Then Srake mentioned he was a brony on the introduce yourself thread after ABG made the MLP thread.

They tend to be cheaper and just as good as intel.

AMD is for low-mid range PCs, nothing they have is good for gaming rig. Sandy Bridge demolishes the Bulldozer in every benchmark, stick with the SB IMO. I'd suggest you get it factory OC'd because you get a warranty, but you don't really need to OC the SB ATM anyway.

GfWL never bothered me at all.

It bothers me so much. The amount of time it takes to get a game patched and working usually means I have to plan 30 minutes until I can play the game. Not only that, but it has lost my saves before, and it won't let me save or load at all unless I'm signed in to GFWL on top of Steam usually.
