Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
Also been playing Fallout 3 and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare a fair bit.

I don't have any specific game though if I could list a top 5 it would be:
1. Dreamfall - The Longest Journey
2. Aliens: Colonial Marines
3. Action 52
4. Daikatana (N64)
5. Amnesia: The Dark Descent

Guild Wars 2. Been starting an Elementalist character. Fun to roast enemies alive.

Yeah, pretty much nobody uses it anymore...

Ok, so here's the problem: After getting my new password via e-mail, I tried to change it in my profile settings. Didn't work. Basically, link, which is opened by clicking on "Submit" takes me to an empty, white page. I guess, it is supposed to redirect, but that never happens, and my new password is never saved either. Tried it on Firefox to no avail. Then, on old Opera (v. 12.16) — nope. Then, on IE — same results. Logging out doesn't work either (however, closing the browser does, since it is set to erase everything privacy related on closure). Everything else, including getting new password via "Forgot password" form works. Am I only one, to whom this is happening? If so, how to resolve that issue?
EDIT: Oh, right, profile info isn't changeable either. Looks like for me entire UCP could be not working.
Yep, the UCP is non-functional atm. We're working on a solution.

Your video points out the exact problem with major publishers these days. They're more focused on money than on the fact the games they release are meant to be played. It's sickening and pretty fucking sad when your favourite game is rendered entirely unplayable just because the publishers deems the game unworthy of life.
It's a pretty fitting analogy too. The games become pretty much dead, buried under the fact the server is no longer running so all the potential is just wasted.
In my opinion publishers should consider adding dedicated server tools to games they no longer want to support so people can run their own servers. This is pretty much what has kept a lot of oldschool shooters alive. Heck a lot of modern indie games profit heavily on this.

We're not in short supply of guys... that's for sure.

So many males!!!
Not surprised
-
Very fair criticisms that I completely agree with, though in my opinion nothing that makes the games necessarily BAD, just kinda average.

Just finished Arkham Knight on PC, FFS this game was horribly optimized for PC and the story/game was another let down at the end of the day.
Ended up messing around with Scribblenauts Unlimited today, never underestimate the utility of baboons and horrible puns.
Ohai, haven't seen you in forever...
OT: Eradicator. Nothing much to say about it. I plan to review it soon.

Favourite gimmicks: Akimbo weapons and character customization
Gimmicks I hate: Nothing that comes to mind yet.

I'm a long time fallout fan and from what I've seen in 4's trailers and reveals I'm a bit hopeful. I wish we knew more about the story and more about settlements and the setting but that's fine I guess.
I just really hope it doesn't end up like Fallout 3 in terms of world design and writing.
Fallout 3 has kinda grown on me over the years. I used to kinda dislike it (because it was immensely inferior to Fallout 2 in terms of tone and gameplay) but now I love it. I guess if you install enough mods it can be fun.

We are working on a solution to the problem.

It looks pretty boring to be honest.

When navigating between pages in a thread, I received this message:

Worked fine after refreshing page.
Same here. Doesn't seem to be any permanent issue.

Fallout 3

I am quite excited for Fallout 4. There's a lot of new stuff I'm very hyped about.
I especially like the weapon modding system and the fact you can make entire settlements. It seems intuitive and fun.

I don't know where to put this exactly, so I'm posting it here.
I think that the rule enforcement here is really, really lax. Now it may be because I've been to forums where rule enforcement is quite strict in comparison, but I've seen people here who should have been banned or at least kicked for some of the things that they've said, past and present, including myself. I think we need more rigid enforcement of the site rather than catering to almost anyone with an opinion, no matter how ridiculous.
Anyone agree, disagree, and why?

Neither user-specified titles or reputation have extensions that are being actively developed for phpBB 3.1. The modifications used with the current forum to add those features haven't been updated in years. This is a pretty serious security risk; it makes upgrades incredibly difficult. Most likely, the answer is no. As for maximum avatar size, I don't see why not, I guess it'd be up to Ross.
Edit: custom titles are actually something that can be added with a feature built-in to phpbb :v okay yeah those can be a thing
I can live without the rep system personally since it was being a bit abused when it was in use. I ended up with insanely lots of rep and poor Bullseye ended up with a TON of negative rep and even sought it out...
But having custom titles is awesome.
-
It looks really good. If it can help bring back functionality I am all for it.
-
Yeah that looks good. If you can tweak it to have the same orange theme, it would fit nicely.
Still, would be nice if the UCP issues could be fixed asap.
-
We are working on a solution, no word on when it will be fixed yet though.
-
I'm hyped.
