  1. I'm already trying to mentally prepare myself for the reality that this series is about to end.

Seriously, when new episodes get released it is the bright spot of my day/week/month

...it's gonna...it's gonna be okay...the withdrawls will pass

Don't worry. While I am sure Ross will take a break from Freeman's Mind after this season I'm fairly sure he'll pick it up again some day with Half-Life 2.

  2. Why is it that Ubisoft is physically incapable of optimizing their games? Seriously, FC3 ran with much better framerate at high graphics settings than FC4 is at sub-minimum settings. (and the only major difference between the two is that 4 doesn't allow for any way to disable some DX11 settings, and those are locked at maximum, like depth of field and tessellation)

I fixed the stuttering by changing an option in the GamerProfile.xml file. But yeah, I get ya, the game is still less optimized than FC3.

Because they don't want people to know that the PC is much better than the consoles, so they limit the shit out of their games (now) to make the console versions seem better.

Crazy as that sounds I can back that up. When I peeked into the GamerProfile.xml file for Watch_Dogs I saw that the overall graphics quality was set to "console" instead of "PC". That's pretty much proof that their games come console quality out of the box unless the user specifically changes them to PC quality...

  3. I actually really like the gothic and victorian style clothing. Like, a lot. But I guess I can't tell anyone that outside of this forum because every time I do people think it's because it's some kind of kink for me or whatever. I just like how interesting it looks. :S

Guess it's cause people automatically go "fetish" when thinking of those clothes...
