  1. So today I just met someone who worked on both Command and Conquer Red Alert, Renegade, and Half Life 2. Had the most delightful conversation with him too. That was pretty cool.

    Sounds awesome. :D

  2. Yeah, same. Just look at those nostalgic menus!

I mean, why be punished for playing it on Steam? Another comparison...

    Why? WHY!?

Sorry for the image-heavy post, I'll try and clean it up later.

Great post but I actually meant I play the Steam versions, just not HL:S...

  3. For me it's extremely situational and depends very much on the person. I never think suicide is natural nor do I think it is morally right or should be encouraged. I see suicide as the last resort, the final outcome of a life situation that never got resolved or improved and it's always very sad for me to hear about it cause you know at that point it is too late to do anything.

  4. Was a little sad he didn't make a ghostbusters reference

Haha, same here. I was 100% sure that Ross will make some Ghostbusters reference... For example: something about not crossing the beams. Or that Freeman will think that those aliens are ghosts in reality and Black Mesa is some Ghostbusters Laboratory.

Because Black Mesa could be built on an ancient indian burial grounds. I mean, this IS a New Mexico, right? ;)

Pfft, that joke was just way too obvious...
