I know what it's like to be discriminated. I don't want others to experience that if I can help it. Regarding being a moderator, you ARE going to do screwups now and then. All you can do is learn from them. I should know, I've screwed up quite a bit. But I do my best to learn from my mistakes.

Yeah, I've certainly felt that way when I've been forced to punish people I consider friends. It's not pleasant but it's necessary in some cases. Everyone deserves to be treated equally. Nobody is going to get away with breaking rules just because they're good friends with the mods.
