Yeah, the thing is they changed rocket jumping in HL so that it's no longer effective and basically gave that role to the Tau cannon instead. -
Rep spam is against the form rules. If you're gonna rep someone, then at least do it with some time between each rep. But yeah, you can't be banned for it, just warned.
