RAGE is the least PC friendly engine I've ever seen in my life. When I first booted up the game, I had missing textures, framerate of about 5 FPS (when they promised 60), and everything looked like shit. Though the patch they released thankfully fixed these problems, I don't see how they can ever redeem that. A lot of PC gamers still have problems playing RAGE.

Epic have taken over id's role in the video game market pretty much. Before everything used the Quake engine. Nowadays everything uses the Unreal engine.

Epic only provided the technology and support for Bulletstorm. The game was made by People Can Fly.

In my opinion, being evil is taking pleasure in other people's misery and being completely self-centered. Of course, that can often be related to how you are brought up and other environmental factors so i don't believe anyone are born evil or are 100% evil.
