I play MW3 a lot and I enjoy it a lot more than MW1. I gotta hand it to Axel though, at least he's actually played the games rather than basing his opinion on the views of others, even if I disagree with him.

I agree with Rarity. I thought MW3 had a pretty good story, though I doubt anyone plays CoD for the story. And indeed, compared with CoD4's multiplayer, it's a LOT more balanced and fair.

But don't repack and sell it every year either. MW3 IS different from MW2, and so is Black Ops. The changes are subtle but they are there. I have a feeling you're seeing the similarities rather than the differences here.

Playing Mass Effect 1. It's the first time I play through it a second time and it's pretty fun actually.

I didn't buy any of the older CoD games so I don't feel ripped off. Maybe other CoD players do.

I honestly don't see how it affects gaming at large. Franchises have been milked before and will probably be milked in the future. As long as the product is inherently good and gives you what you pay for, which MW3 actually does, then I don't see what's bad about that.
