I go to All Programs\MinGW\, and the only thing that's there is the uninstall file! What the hell am I even doing? Edit: Turns out you need to tell the installer to install the shell, which happens to be the only way of using the program. Who knew? Bad installer programming at its finest. Drinking some morning coffee.

I guess I'm spoiled by game series that attempt to innovate between each installment. Doing the same exact same thing again, but doing it a little better, just doesn't cut it for me. But then you are basically criticizing the franchise, not MW3 as a standalone product. For me, MW3 is a great standalone product, if you look at it apart from the other games. I agree that it doesn't really do any innovations but then again... doing too much new stuff at once can, and has ruined a franchise.

I don't think MW3 was half-assed at all. I've definitely seen worse FPS's. But yeah, seems interesting. And people, please cut down on the bashing of MW3. Keep in mind some people actually like it. Like me.
