It's hilarious, I'm trying to install a whatever this actually is and this is the treatment I get

Note that to use mingw, you'll need to run Start Menu => Programs => Mingw => MinGW Shell, or set your path manually (see below).

I go to All Programs\MinGW\, and the only thing that's there is the uninstall file! What the hell am I even doing?

 

Edit: Turns out you need to tell the installer to install the shell, which happens to be the only way of using the program. Who knew?

I think I have Origin, just no Origin games, and I only used it to get the beta for TOR. Anyway, if I do have it it's most likely Kaweebo. I don't go on much, though.

Being someone who's played all the games, I have to say that MW3 was executed a hell of a lot better than MW2 and Black ops. though it still is about as similar as all the other games (very first call of duty being the exception due to the health meter. that's right, health meter.) in terms of gameplay, I still liked the actual campaign a lot more.

 

I guess I'm spoiled by game series that attempt to innovate between each installment. Doing the same exact same thing again, but doing it a little better, just doesn't cut it for me.

But then you are basically criticizing the franchise, not MW3 as a standalone product.

For me, MW3 is a great standalone product, if you look at it apart from the other games. I agree that it doesn't really do any innovations but then again... doing too much new stuff at once can, and has ruined a franchise.

Just saw this new trailer for the new Ghost Recon game. It reminds me of Modern Warfare if it was a third person shooter, and not half-assed.

I don't think MW3 was half-assed at all. I've definitely seen worse FPS's.

But yeah, seems interesting.

And people, please cut down on the bashing of MW3. Keep in mind some people actually like it. Like me.

Nicholas Cage can be good in the right movie. But usually I can't stand the guy.
