non-typical settingsFallout 2
Does not compute. Fallout 2 was Mad Max: The video game, nuclear apocalypse is just as generic as Tolkien fantasy, if not more so.
---
My favourite RPGs include- Mass Effect 1, Mass Effect 2, Baldur's Gate 2, Planescape: Torment, Icewind Dale, Ultima VII, Ultima Underworld: Stygian Abyss, Arx Fatalis, Deus Ex, Human Revolution, Fallout: New Vegas, Oblivion, Daggerfall, Skyrim, Gothic and Neverwinter Nights.
Well at the time it was very new to me because I wasn't into RPG's and I'm still not really into the genre.

Personally what got me into FPS's was when I played Wolfenstein 3D, only about 4 years old, think it was in either 92 or 93. I was too young to really understand what was going on, but the image of holding a gun and walking around in a 3D environment stuck in my head for ages after that.
Since then I've played the hell out of Doom, especially the shareware version, Duke Nukem 3D, Quake, SiN (which I played long before Half-Life and still prefer to it), Half-Life (of course) and Gunman Chronicles.
I actually didn't play Half-Life 2 and the episodes until I bought the Orange Box in 2007.
2011 I think was a great year for FPS's, with titles like Bullestorm, Hard Reset, Call of Duty MW3 and not to mention Duke Nukem Forever.

I don't usually like RPG's that much, usually because most RPG's have fantasy settings, so I tend to favour RPG's that have more original non-typical settings. Fallout 2 is a pretty good example of that and it's pretty much my all-time favourite RPG.

Back on topic, please.

I'm surprised people here watch this show. I mentioned it months back in the favorite machinima thread but no one seemed to be interested.

Personally I like the word play and some of the lowbrow comedy. It's really hit or miss but the hits are often hilarious.
btw Season 1 > Season 2
Yeah, agreed, though as mentioned, that last episode was hilarious.

Pretty much, yeah, so let's not get into the details too much.

I don't really like people calling Bioshock a FPS/RPG hybrid actually, its a FPS with RPG elements. Big difference.
Yeah, exactly what I mean.

That moment in the latest episode where Senegua, Soniqua or whatever, blurts out a whole sentence, was one of the moments that got me laughing so hard I nearly passed out...

Drinking Earl Grey tea and eating toast with cheese.

Well, FPS/RPG hybrids still count since they are FPS's imo. I still don't count Deus Ex: Human Revolution as a RPG. To me it's a FPS with stealth elements and some very minor RPG elements.

I just grabbed a bunch of different teabags and threw them into a mug with a bunch of hot water, flavor overload.
Heh... I have to do that some time as well...

Could use better framing.

No problem, I think it looks nicer than just a boring link, you know?
