It has a lot of rock, electro and hiphop tracks, and during hot pursuit modes you get this really cliché action movie music.

Either their logic would weaken as their mind gets clouded, causing them to basically act like a computer getting a virus, or they would be unaffected.

I'd recommend it. It's a really fun arcade racer. I personally loved just driving around the open world. It's very very pretty, and you can set it up to play your own music. So I just cruised around in sports cars, listening to music. You can't set up to play your own music in the PC version, but then again you can just use Winamp.
