This is what I believe:

Life has no meaning

Life or human existence has no real meaning or purpose because human existence occurred out of a random chance in nature, and anything that exists by chance has no intended purpose.

Life has no meaning, but as humans we try to associate a meaning or purpose so we can justify our existence.

There is no point in life, and that is exactly what makes it so special.

If you're fine with that, then I can respect that. Though as a Christian I do have some inherent ideas about life having meaning.

Should I like them and why?

To make a long story short: They like them because of the show and because they have strong characteristics and they find them funny. If you haven't watched the show, then you won't get why they like them. Simple enough.

I didn't say I didn't like it. I'm actually very neutral about it because I'm not into TF2 at all. I gave it a 6/10 based purely on how well done it is.

It wasn't meant to make you sound pathetic or anything, I was just speaking for myself, hehe. Personally, all I need is good friends and my family and that's all. And to me, the food I eat and the things I drink are much more efficient at putting me in a christmas mood. Movies rarely do that for me.

Dashmas?

Blue Shift and Opposing Force are both considered canon at the moment. Barney was the player character of Blue Shift and appears as a main character in HL2. Valve has confirmed that the nuking of Black Mesa in Opposing Force is canon. The only thing that is not canon from the expansions is Race X from Opposing Force. That was a completely Gearbox-based creation and as such is not part of the series. As for Adrian Shepard, he could or could not appear in a future game.

That's interesting. I wonder why the Race X wasn't canon though. But let's get back on topic.

You don't have to, just make a totally new one that is x-mas related.

I have mixed feelings about it getting dark so damn early. On one hand I feel kind of shitty because the day just feels so much shorter which demotivates me to do stuff and actually causes me to get less done. But on one hand it really nice and cozy when everything is dark out and I am sitting in the living room by the fire under a blanket and tea watching TV.

I know what you mean. It gets pitch black around 3 pm here.
