Activision has already fired Infinity Ward so I doubt the upcoming CoD games will be developed by them. At least from what I've heard.

It depends on my mood really. I play Deus Ex HR when I want more of an RPG experience and DNF when I just wanna blast people with a RPG.

I've only started using torrents to games I literally can't get anywhere else (apart from second-hand, seeing as that doesn't support the devs at all anyway), like Theif 2.
