Well, you could be right. But it's no doubt they developed the game on PC before putting it on the consoles. That's been done since the 8bit days anyway.

I think Nixxes might be the company who ported it then because their logo is in the opening.

How was it a console port? It released for PC and consoles simultaneously, it didn't release for consoles first and then PC.
