And not to mention Quake 1-3 or Unreal/Unreal Tournament.

Only 3 days till DXHR!
I'm psyched too. I've already started preloading it.
-
I had a couple of raspberry jam sandwhiches and a cup of hot chocolate.

Chewing spearmint gum and contemplating going to bed, hoping the near mint big box copy of Quake 1 I ordered will arrive on monday.

Half Life and the Gearbox spin offs and the only games (plus emulators) my computer can play because my computer is a jerkface. Were I to have a better computer, I imagine I'd have cooler things on my desktop.
What are your computer specs? I can guarantee I can get you a dozen awesome games...
Like Deus Ex 1 or the first two Fallout games.

There are two kinds of violence in games. Violence that's important to the story, and violence that's there for the fun of it. I'm fine with both.
^^^ This. ^^^
Double that.

Eradicator, I think.

I've done the same thing to several other things.
Oh, yeah, it's fun. Except I work in the a/v department of a library, so whenever some little kid comes in and wants the fourth Indiana Jones film, I have to force myself to remember so I can find it for him.
I actually enjoyed that one a lot. It's my favourite to be honest.

The Thing. I bloody love this movie! >
One of the best remakes ever. Too bad they've remade it again...
I was talking about 1982 :/
Yeah, I know. They've remade it again and it was released this year. It's supposed to be some sort of prequel to the 1982 film but... it seems very half-assed.
-
Yeah, I was bothered by that too. Really half-assed.

Games don't have to be violent for me to enjoy them. That said, violence in video games doesn't bother me either.
That's what I said, in other words.
-
It might just be because its been a while since I've seen another episode but I think this one had some of the smartest dialogue in the series, especially because he seems to be getting more and more unwound like he's going to crack soon.
I noticed that too. Love that transition.

A couple of sandwhiches and some cola.
-
I'm neutral towards it since it's not my cup of tea but I have to say I'm impressed by the whole cult following of it.
Have you ever been to Norway?

Banned for having Steve in your avatar and sig.

My stomach lurched at the thought of the hell that would reek on my system. Being raised in a healthy eating family has it's upsides and downsides. :/
Strange thing is that this is the healthiest meal I've had in a long time. I had ice cream for breakfast and have been living on nachos and peanut butter for the last few weeks.
Ice cream is delicious for breakfast, but not very healthy.

Can't go through one thread without the goddamn ponies.
Hate to sound bitter but jesus christ.
It was relevant to the topic so... I'm fine with it.
-
Yes, that was adorable...

Thank you everyone for your kind words and thank you for taking time reading through that! ♥
You're welcome, Sanya. <3

For me, violence is not a requirement as long as the game is fun, but violent games should be violent as hell for me or else they feel kind of tame.
-
The Metal Gear Solid series have always had this cinematic theme going through them. I kinda prefer Metal Gear because those games are more pure gameplay.

Ban everyone.
If Dr Pepper tasted like coke?

Yeah, good luck with that.
