Games in of themselves are not art, but there is art in games. It's always important to remember that games are not made solely to show off artwork and graphics, but also to use that art in order to pull the player into the game, so in the end, games are just a form of interactive entertainment, and the art is means to an end, not the end itself. Games are a platform for art, such as music and visual art, but games will never be art. To me personally, it's a hobby, something to pass the time.

Net result: Doom 3 beats Quake 4. Basically you said Doom 3 is bigger than Quake 4.

Personally I'll never forget Duke Nukem Forever. It's the best game I've played this year and I don't think either Deus Ex HR or Serious Sam 3 can be better in the same way. Serious Sam is a ripoff of Duke and Deus Ex HR is in a class of its own and not even comparable as it's more serious and stealthy.

What's wrong with either of those? A good game never depends solely on the graphics or voice talent.

Doom 3 and Quake 4 are both pretty good games.

Quake 4 is probably the best in the series imo.
