I think it's at least worth a shot to see if it's more CPU-friendly for you. Personally, I don't think it's a bad thing that people do mind series. People should do whatever they want for my sake. I mean, if I made a web series and people wanted to make something like it, I'd be flattered.

CamStudio is the most popular free OpenSource screen recorder I know of. http://camstudio.org/ And I would strongly suggest you try and do something original rather than do something that has already been done because I think that would make you very unpopular among the more zealous fans here, like the one above me.

Have you tried running a color calibration in Windows? Go to Control Panel, Monitor and click on Color Calibration or whatever (using Norwegian so not sure what it is in English), and from there the rest should be obvious. It doesn't have to be Windows, but your monitor itself. This would in theory give you a new default setting and you won't even have to use the control panel to use the nVidia sliders.

I have never criticized the show, I'm simply not interested in it. I was never a My Little Pony person and even if the show might be decent, I just have no interest in watching it, even if it's popular and a sort of meme thing.
