If you mean gore, then I think there's an option for that in the menu.

And I would strongly suggest you try and do something original rather than do something that has already been done because I think that would make you very unpopular among the more zealous fans here, like the one above me.

In relation to brightness, have you tried just adjusting the brightness on your monitor itself? Generally thats possible by using a button panel somewhere or another on the device, and monitors tend to hold brightness settings quite reliably.

 

I'm aware this may not work, my monitors barely reached an acceptable level at minimum brightness. There are probably monitors out there that don't have that, though I have seen it on an ancient CRT once.

That's basically what Windows color calibration helps you with, hence why I suggested it.

Maybe deleting the cfg files would fix the problem as this would force the game to make new default ones?

Have you tried running a color calibration in Windows?

Go to Control Panel, Monitor and click on Color Calibration or whatever (using Norwegian so not sure what it is in English), and from there the rest should be obvious. It doesn't have to be Windows, but your monitor itself.

This would in theory give you a new default setting and you won't even have to use the control panel to use the nVidia sliders.

Loved the Fallout ones, though I'm pretty sure they're fictional.

I'm tired of people criticizing MLP:FiM without watching it, not even the first 2-3 episodes, hiding behind 'only liking guns, women and cars'. At least watch a few episodes so you can criticize it for real reasons.

I have never criticized the show, I'm simply not interested in it. I was never a My Little Pony person and even if the show might be decent, I just have no interest in watching it, even if it's popular and a sort of meme thing.
