As long as you present them with enough evidence, it should be easily fixed. Otherwise you might be forced to create a new account.

And here comes the big problem with not having a physical disc to install from... I honestly don't know any fixes to the problem other than reinstalling. But seriously, 11 GB? On my install it says it uses 7 GB.

The guy was an extremist who fought against what he saw as "turning Europe into Arabia". He was very anti-Muslim and saw his killing spree as a crusade. It is quite sad... With all these anti muslim movies now on the internet I can understand how such a thing can happen. I don't even get it, if he was anti-muslim why did he kill his own people. Hopefully that is the last of this bullshit. The people on this extremist side need to understand that colour doesn't matter, culture does and the sons of Muslim immigrants usually end up to not be so muslim anymore. He saw them as betrayers of his country for letting the muslims immigrate, so I suppose that was his reason for the killing spree.
