  1. Sometimes I feel his show focuses too much on those issues rather than actually discuss games themselves. I've never been particurarily interested in discussing whether DLC is a good or bad thing because for me it depends on the game and whether the DLC is worth the money or not. Though this is coming from someone who buys Call of Duty every year with all DLC included so I guess I'm not really against major publishers in any way like he tends to be.

And speaking of No Man's Sky, I never had any interest in it to begin with, I was never part of the hype train. It seems like a decent game for me but you have to really enjoy grinding, exploring and gathering resources to get any enjoyment from it.

  2. I was born in 88 but I've always felt more connected to 80's culture and music than the 90's for some reason. I think it's because of the fact that in Norway, the 80's kinda lasted until at least 1994 and so I did get a taste of it before everything became 90's and my mother and father both loved a lot of 80's music and shows so I got a lot from them.

I would never call myself an 80's kid, not at all, I do consider myself a 90's kid on a purely technical level, but I can't deny that I kinda prefer the 80's.

  3. Oh no, it's not really their voice that's annoying. It's their voice combined with their personality that annoys me. They all sound like US highschoolers who all have bfs and sleep with them on the second night of dating them. Just immature and don't really think things through. Just blurt out anything and everything and it's super annoying. I dunno why the majority of females I've met online are like this. I really don't know. I'm like a chick magnet. And not in the good way.

I have been mistaken for a male SEVERAL times. XD Doesn't help my username is a male name. So really I just gotta stop correcting people and I'll be fine. :P And if I ever go on voice chat, I'll just deny my feminine voice and tell them it's just my voice and I'm still a guy. They'll probably roll with it.

I'd say go for it, see if it fits you better.

  4. IMO, they just shot themselves in the foot. Eventually they'll recover (Fine Bros did). COD will still have its sheep. Now, before anyone attacks me on that comment, do note, we all are sheep to something. I'm a sheep to Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts. A concerned sheep, but still a sheep. Plus, as soon as the next big company screws up, and shoots themselves in the foot, we'll all forget about COD shooting themselves in the foot. I mean, how much longer before the majority of us forget all about Digital Homicide?

I prefer the term fan but sure :P

  5. Personally I love the direction as I am a huge sci-fi/cyberpunk geek and seeing CoD go in that direction was like they somehow listened to what I wanted. So I am happy at least.

And like I said, haven't had any huge problems finding people to play with so far so I'm not sure if I'd personally spell the game as a complete disaster in terms of playerbase just yet...

I mean, I will agree that it is the worst launch so far, but it's not as bad as you make it seem in my opinion, at least not in my country.

  6. The main reason is that the player base on PC has been split between Steam and Windows App store. Any copies bought on the Windows App Store are separate from the Steam player base so an already minor community is being split in two.

So far I haven't had huge problems finding people to play with so I think the whole issue HAS been blown WAY out of proportions a fair bit and I don't think it's anything near a so-called "suicide". People just like talking about CoD like it's failing because it's so cool to hate on it I guess.
