I used the High Definition pack myself for a long time because it came with Blue Shift. When I got Steam and downloaded Half-Life on it, I noticed it was gone. But it never bothered me since it's only a cosmetic update and has no impact on the game.

I totally agree. In fact, nuclear power is one of the safest forms of power there is as long as you don't build it in a bloody disaster-prone area.

That's why I think we need both religion and science in school

 

I can't agree simply because there isn't really a general religious consensus in the way that there's a general scientific consensus. There are just to many religions with conflicting viewpoints to teach, and secularism in public school teaching is important to avoid a clash between a kids personal life and school life.

I think it's important to learn different religions to help kids understand how some cultures work and to help them see the similarities and differences between them.

A project like this would be more effective as a small squad project, not a full blown army. Creating 5 or 6 super clones with dense skin, higher intellect, stronger bones and muscle mass could help in covert military ops.

I agree with that, but then you've got the ethics involved.

My friends know me as Stoner, but don't call me that. I live in a humble town somewhere in Canada, the only place with a Sky-Train. Sounds cool, eh? My favorite band is MuteMath, favorite movie is something in between Children of Men (not gay!) and District 9. I'm a giant fan of Rally Racing, and am actually aspiring to go pro. When I can. Aside from that career, I'm also going to be an author. I've even already got a trilogy going that I started work on a year ago. It's the only sci-fi story you will ever read that involves us and aliens, whom we never EVER make direct contact with, and no space travel what so ever! I should also mention that I'm soon opening a machinima production company (just me and some friends). I've already got years of experience and quality work under my belt.
