I expect one of the reasons you were made Staff because of how frequently you visit the forums. I'm sure you'll do great. ^^

I'm sure I probably won't really do that much and be a bit neutral but I'll do my best. I'm mostly just gonna join in the discussions like I have been so far.

It's like that saying goes. "Good things come to those who wait."

The reputation system was implemented to reduce or even eliminate the weight of post counts. That worked out quite well.

Seems I made a bit of a mistake there. It has been fixed now though.

I'm not particurarily ashamed about my post count but I do not like to brag about it (I do not like to brag at all in fact) and I certainly haven't posted just to get a high post count. I think I'm just dedicated. I'm not really on any other forums and why not give this forum the attention it deserves? After all, it encompasses a lot more than just Ross Scott and I like the people here. And it's always special when you've been here since the beginning.

I can assure everyone that Ross did not make me a mod based on my post count or my activity alone, at least not according to his PM to me, though of course being active is a good quality for a mod.

To me, complaining about stuff outside my power seems a bit of a waste of time, but I understand people's frustration.

look guys, ive been watching FM almost from ep1 times, and one question always bugged me - why wait for machinima? mb i dont getting smth, but why cant Ross just upload FM to his site, or youtube, or wherever he wants? guess its kinda derp question, cuz ive never seen it, means everebody but me knew the answer, still too interested in wtf's happening

I think it's because Machinima allows him to reach more people and more subscribers.

As long as we keep it civil and refrain from flaming each other, I'm all for sharing views and opinions.

A distinction is made between killing in battle and murdering someone. You could argue that's mere semantics, and I'd be inclined to agree. However most christian apologists and every christian soldier and general you can find will make that distinction.

I don't make any distinction myself. Though I probably would defend myself or someone I care about, I would never fight for my country or God, it would feel wrong for me. To me, all human life is sacred and I don't feel I should take it away. I always seek a peaceful resolution when possible.

Each to their own. I can see how it was a polarizing movie as a lot of things about it are very off.

I have that on VHS. One of my favourite movies. I even bought the Limahl album with the song.

Remember though, this whole series is just an off-the-cuff farce created yb our glorious host Ross, ergo to look for overmuch consistency in the narrative is the errand of a fool.

+rep for that. I think that's pretty much how I feel about the series too. I don't take it seriously at all.
