  1. I tend to violate Rule #1 just by existing.

But I'm trying to be a good monkey. I hardly ever throw my poop anymore.

...well, I hardly throw FIRST, anymore.

...well, I'm eating more fiber in my diet.

Good monkey. Fiber is important to have in your diet.

  2. I like pirate games in of themselves, like obscure hacks and bootlegs of unreleased games, they are fun collecting, but I'd never buy a pirated version of a real game that is easily available. I just don't see how you can justify that.

  3. I pretty much lost the ability to play games when the "joystick with one button" went out of vogue. I just don't have the coordination for these game consoles with two triggers and a half-dozen buttons, anymore.

Excuse me, but all you need for a first person shooter is WASD + a mouse.

  4. System Shock 2 used to be available from the Underdogs but I think it got taken down.

By the way, why do people write GOG as GoG? Both 'Good' and 'Old' are adjectives. This is not like CoD or MoH where the middle word is a preposition.

I know, it's a weird habit. Maybe I've written CoD and WoW too much.

  5. My name is Carlos. I figured to join when I saw the forums were up. I enjoy Freeman's Mind and recently got hooked to Civil Protection.

I cannot even remember how I found Freeman's Mind, but I stumbled across it and enjoyed the hell out of it.

Pretty much the same with me.

  6. Interesting. Personally I'm a "live and let live" kind of person, but I'll check it out. There's too much hate in the world's religious department, and people need to learn to accept instead of judge.

Hate is actually the enemy of Christians like me. I personally want to understand and respect others rather than judge them.

  7. I prefer RBC over DLC by the way; retail-buyable content. Like the good old expansion packs for Quake 2 or HalfLife. With that method of distribution developers as well as publishers actually had to put effort into the content, DLC gives room for laziness and scamming customers.

I agree. Those expansion packs were almost like games in of themselves.
