To me it doesn't really matter if someone i know through teh internetz is male or female, doesn't make a diffrence.
Why would it? It's not like anyone are physical beings in the ether.

Trying to wake up and posting on the forum without being locked out.

Anarchemitis is my universal username everywhere else on the internet, but in steam I go by the handle of "The Captain".
Added you. ^_^

I prefer coke in glass bottles. Bought a sixpack yesterday.

I wonder if I'm the first person to notice this :/
Would be awesome if you were, but I bet other gamers will notice it too.

I was originally going to post my review of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood here when I get it finished, but I changed my mind... I'll make a new thread for it a couple days after Steam unlocks it.
You should post your review in this topic: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=742
I'll post a link in there, but since it's a brand new game, I'm planning on using my expertise to help out if people have questions, or need help beating a mission or something... (or deal with people that want to know if it'll run on their system, etc.) Might as well keep it all in one thread to reduce clutter right?
I agree with you there. And that'd be nice for those who have troubles with it.

So, any Admins around? Do you guys know what is going on? The forums worked smoothly the first week up, with a lot more users simultaneously logged. Now we get the "Forums temporarily unavailable" all the time.
Yeah, tell me about it...

Star Trek IV Soundtrack...
Grew up in a family of trekkies, and got to stay up late when I was young solely to be able to watch TNG... (bedtime for all the other kids was 8:00, I got to go till 11:00 because TNG was on at 10:00 )
Awesome childhood

I think that could be the future of FPS games.
That's the way World of Warcraft, Far Cry 2, The Elder Scrolls series, The Fallout series, and many other games do it...
Good point.

Star Trek V: Main Title theme - Jerry Goldsmith
As you can probly tell by now, I'm a hardcore trekkie... lol
I watched The Next Generation on TV when it was on, but I'm far from any hardcore fan of the show.

I always say people are resources. Just a matter of using them.
...not in the kinky way though. XD

It's obviously a reference to the infamous crowbar.

Borderlands GOTY and Team Fortress 2 mostly. Really I'm just killing time till Duke Nukem Forever comes out. Might get either Bulletstorm or Pokemon Black soon.
I really recommend Bulletstorm if you like Duke Nukem style games. Very over-the-top weaponry, great characters, great humor and overall a great game experience. It's one of the best games I've played this year.

Whoever maintains the website is obviously not paying attention, for one reason or another.
Or simply don't know how to fix the issue.
If that's the case, I should put him in contact with S0beit... (the owner of the site I'm mod on)
If he knows any way to fix it, I'd say that's a great idea.

I think even if evolution is possible, it seems likely it is not by random. That's just how I see it.

I don't agree with your view that rights only extend to rational beings in a social context. Your argument seems to treat rights as though they are a static, singular thing, when in fact rights can be dynamic, with varying degrees. I believe rights should extend to the capacity a living thing has, or will have as it developes. For instance, something that is capable of feeling pain should be protected from being caused unnecessary pain, especially if it cannot protect itself. Therefore it follows that in the situation of abused animals, the government should intervene.
I think animals belong to the group of sentient beings. Just because we cannot communicate with them does not mean they don't have their own thoughts or feelings and are just as much sentient beings as we are. Even if we feed on them, they deserve to be treated with respect.

I think all in all, despite that I am mostly pro-choice, adoption is a much better option than abortion.

George the bot... I think "Hal" would be a better nickname...
Except Hal never wrote Russian nonsense.
