  1. Unless you do that without re-encoding on each step it is going dramatically reduce the quality.

And what use does that have? Finding each episode is much easier when they are separate files, rather than clicking randomly on the seek bar hoping to find your favourite episodes or quotes.

Exactly what stopped me from doing that

But i have tried making a dvd of the series but seemed silly since it's incomplete.

You could make a "season one" dvd of sorts and then just compile the rest as they are released.

  2. Haha well... In any case I just wanna know how bad can it be?

Its not like it will be like a computer crash or someone snaps there fingers and poof! the world is gone. If it is, your not going to know, you'll be dead.

Unfortunately going to my little darkside; I think it would be very amusing to watch people run around in circles, arms flailing and panicking. Even if I'm in the middle of it all. What can you do? point and laugh that's what!

I think that's exactly what I would do as well.

  3. In my belief I feel that everyone has a soul but I can't say when they get it, since when you die you either go to Heaven if you are good, or Hell if you have sinned. Yet an unborn child has done neither, and same with babies who have died right after birth. Its one of those mysteries that only God knows the answer to, so best treat the situation seriously and make a decision whether or not to bring a life into this world.

In other words, think before you f**k.

  4. My vote goes to Rock, since the better majority of my collection falls under that category (approx. 6,000 songs, roughly half of my entirety) but I listen to a lot of electronic and instrumental music (classical, movie scores, big band music, the like).

I love both rock and electronic music to be honest, and I love it when the two genres are combined into electro-rock or industrial rock.

Oh my god yes. It's like having an eargasm for 3 to 5 minutes on average.

Totally. Just listen to stuff like Apoptygma Berzerk, Shiny Toy Guns, Dope Stars or The Killers.

  5. Personally I think discussing whether God is real or not would be off topic since this isn't a religious discussion but an ethical one. Besides, no one can proove whether God is real or not so it would be a pointless discussion since that is all about your own personal faith.

I agree, that this is not a topic about weather or not God is real, and it would be pointless to talk about. But looking at this from a religious perspective is also an important ethical perspective since many people can base there decisions around that killing an unborn child is still killing a human baby, which does have a soul and is usually against most religious (more familiar with Christian) practices. Then there is an entire debate within this view of when someone actually obtains a soul.

For me, souls are immortal and I believe that there is only a limited amount of souls in existence, that get reborn once the body dies, a sort of belief in reincarnation. So for me if the body dies, the soul does not, no matter what. Killing an unborn child is for me not denying a soul a life. But that's just my own spiritual belief about it.

  7. wow... so far I am really impressed that we can bring religion into the argument and not have it turn out to be a pointless/endless debate about weather or not God exists. Picking pro-choice and not bringing religion into the mix of killing a human because they have a soul, can be very tricky. In theory going pro-choice seems logical, since it will leave the ultimate decision to the woman. But the down side to that is there can be so many factors affecting your state of mind that you will not be able to make a clear headed decision and abort out of fear, then regretting it for the rest of your life. This is what I am hoping will not happen.

  8. I guess shooting(yeah, i know, boring ). I play in general what ever i want though. Only genre i absolutely hate is sports games.

    They doesn't has a storyline! That's why I don't like them.

And sports suck IRL, why would you want to do it in games?

Also if you really want to kick a ball so bad, you should go outside and do it.

I agree. Sports games feel redundant to me.

  9. Through the first one, and it was quite something.

It was a little bit confusing at some parts but surprisingly a lot less confusing then i thought it would be. Oh well, just takin a break to do some AFforuming, then on to the second one

Oh, the confusion comes with the second and third films...

  10. So what if none of the bottom choices get used? Having that extra resolution gives a better view of the overall age distribution, it says more to see 20 people choose among 5 options than see them all choosing 26+.

Yes, that's why I thought it was a good advice.

  11. "Symphonic?" "So called classical?" I love me my Tchaikovsky, my Dvorak, my Beethoven. And what of chamber music? Piano music? Duets? Oh, the underrepresentation.

And choosing between that and my Coltrane and Parker and Cannonball and Shorter..

Changed it to "Symphonic/Classical". Anyway, I love classical music too, but I have a feeling it's more of a niche genre.

    Rooooooooock!!!!!!!!!

    Classic rock, more so.

None of this annoying, angsty modern rock.

I mean stuff like Styx, Rush, Boston, Queen. The Beatles even.

Stuff you can actually listen to.

I agree classic rock is the best. I personally love Dire Straits and early prog rock like Alan Parsons and Pink Floyd, but in general I am an electronic chick.

  12. I dunno, with the poll like this, almost none of the options will be used.

Honestly, the original range made more sense, given how rare 30+ year people are on these sorts of forums...

    Just my two bits, though.

    Also, 19.

Yeah, but I guess if we ever have someone above 30 I don't want them to feel left out XD
