I don't... Is an Alien Shooter a hack'n'slash? Looks more like an overhead shooter to me. Hack'n'slash is a more specific RPG genre.

I would assume he's in his late 20's.

I have to go with adventure, especially action/adventure games. I also love shooters with adventure elements.
