  1. Making dinner.
  2. VR is really cool if you can afford it and can be arsed to deal with it. It's still in a very early stage but who knows what we might see in the future...
  3. It's relevant due to its forking of the original code in order to implement anti-DRM. (it performs differently to a legit copy, and that was one of the things I was talking about) Dude... that means diddly squat to anyone but you, no offense...
  4. Kinda saw it coming. Filefront has been pretty much dead for a while now so Gamefront was bound to follow.
  5. I used to pirate games a lot back when I had no income to speak of. Nowadays I don't think there's much of an excuse to unless your income is absolutely non-existent.
  6. I've done that too. Never fun...
  7. I'm a designer too. If I found my game pirated I dunno if I would feel honored or just disgusted that someone honestly didn't find my product worth buying...
  8. I love Steam but I love being social so...
  9. He likes to point it out so people will shout at him for it. OT: Waking up.

  11. I'm confused... x.x
  12. "I will keep drinking this shit until it kills me"
  13. It might just be a matter of semantics and choice of words, but to me this attitude has always sounded kind of strange. For one, choice and situations playing out differently is part of the soul of games like The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us. For another, of course they're glorified story books! But you make that sound like it's a bad thing, which I don't understand. Or rather, I would like to call the ones I've played a novel take on story books and story telling, introducing a new level of investment in the narrative. Take something like The Path. While a skilled author can certainly evoke a similarly haunting atmosphere (The fall of the house of Usher comes to mind), the simple fact that it's my choice to lead the sisters, one after the other, off the path and into the forest lends it an extra quality that I love.. I never meant to say it's a bad thing, just that it's not what I'm looking for in a game and thus not interesting to me. In other words, it's not my cup of tea.
  14. Tactics is kind of the oddball in the series to be honest and the combat in Tactics is pretty unique to that game. Fallout 2 is pretty much Fallout 1 but bigger and with better follower AI, so if you didn't like the combat in FO1, you won't like it in FO2.
  15. Keep having blood pressure drops after meals, especially breakfast. I just get insanely dizzy and can barely stand up when it's worst... Quite honestly it's ruining my life atm because I can't go outside or do anything while it's going on... Gonna talk to my doc about it. I suspect it's a side effect of my blood pressure meds (was put back on them but lower dosage doesn't seem to have helped much).
  16. That IS pretty badass...
  17. Making dinner...
  18. Yep. High brow entertainment.
  19. Battleborn Open Beta Fun game so far though it crashed quite a bit for me, though never while in the actual game, just during menus.
