I probably should get a new mouse sometime in the future. I currently have a wired mouse and while not having to change batteries or charge the damn thing is great that wire is sooooo much more annoying when gaming.

I think i am the only one here who has never watched Red v Blue and Arby and the Chief.

Not really sure. Then again i have never played any Civ game. So it might just be a big trend inside the Civ community i have never heard of.

It's MMORPG, you need to invest quite some time in it to get good. But not a lot of time to have fun. I have played it for around 5years now. And have i had spent all my time on RS training or making money i would butshit rich and maxed on like 10accounts right now. My main appeal of the game is socializing with others, meeting and talking to random new people everyday. Just having fun and screwing around with friends. But sadly that is hardly possible anymore since 9/10 you meet are bots, and Jagex won't even acknowledge the existence of this ridiculous problem. It sad really, it was a fun game.

I am surprised you don't already own Those games on steam(especially the doom one).

Metaphors can't hold most movies, and that's where personal enjoyment also plays in. I found the film highly entertaining because it was tense, lovely to look at, and reminded me as well about Frankenstein. If you wanted to split hairs, every movie is a ripoff, so that debate isn't even worth starting.

But at least they do something different, either with the ripped off story itself or in some other department.

Do you really need your hand held for the plot? Do you need someone to tell you every character's life? Their reason for doing every action within the movie? Man, I can think of ten movies of the top of my head that would be awful if they explained the intentions and background of all the characters.

No, not every action. But in this case i think it is very much needed to explain why he does "what he does" because it is what the whole movie is about. You want your main villain of the movie to be interesting. This one is very empty and boring.

Also metaphors can't hold a movie. You can throw a piece of bread on the ground and someone can think of some metaphor to it. And the science and obsession thing, isn't that the same story of Frankenstein? They at least could have given some kind of background to the bad guy(can't even remember his name), but all he is is a insane surgeon that went insane because..........just because, i guess.

I'm still endlessly astonished how this show got more audience than just small girls. I used to like My Little Pony when I was a small girl, but now... I'm close to my 30s and I even watched some lately and finally found it nice graphics and stories are pretty cool but in the end it's a bit boring and stereotype. I had a pink My Little Pony toy with violet mane and a violet horse with a violet mane as well! I loved them! It was good for me 20 yrs ago.... but not now....?

And honestly I do not enjoy seeing ponies every few posts in here on any topic I'm lookin through :/ I'm nuts about some bands/singers or TV shows but I don't feel a need to expose it everywhere. Just my PERSONAL opinion on pony phenomenon lately. You don't need to comment I don't wanna argue or anything. It's just becoming irritating visually for me. If it reaches a critical mass, who knows I may feel like arguing... a lot....

I don't see it as that big of a deal. I like the show myself, not as crazy about it as other people though(not that that is a bad thing). And i don't post ponies that much out of this topic but i don't mind it that much when other people do either.
