I'm going to bed soon. School starts tomorrow again and i kind of want to be awake during the first day.

Bronies are self-proclaimed fanboys and fangirls of the television show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Not really. On the internet the term fanboy seems to mean more than just liking something. It means liking something JUST to like something. Having no real reasons to like it. For example an Xbox fanboy is someone who praises the Xbox just to praise it, but can mostly not come up with any reason to why it is that good.

And than climb mt Everest with only 1hand.

I have to play BioShock daily because I really like the shotgun animations.

Anyway, i check my Youtube/Forums at least 5 times a day. I think is save to say i have an internet addiction. I just REALLY DON'T like seeing those orange orbs next to the forums sections. And i cannot stand knowing that i might have missed a great video when i don't check my Youtube. I always check up multiple times before i go to bed just to be as sure as possible i am not missing any video/post.

And that false description is why you are the ones that are starting the conflicts, not the antis.

This is the Introdcution thread. Lets get back on topic, shall we? If you feel it is necessary to discuss this anti-brony/brony situation post it in the MLP:FiM thread.

Oh i guess that slipped away in my sub box(thats the drawback of having over 900subscriptions :/). Anyway, i have to say that this was a great Top 5. I really liked that you shortly explained the history of each game(I absolutely LOVE gaming history).

There is really only one tiny flaw, and that is that the music was a little bit to loud. Not much, just a little. Other than that you definitely deserve my like.

Even though it seems like MS/Sony sometimes seem to be pretty stupid. They are still huge companies and they won't ruin their "reputation" by allowing a game on their consoles in which your goal is to torture/abuse/exploit black slaves.

Hey its quite possible that it could be a game, I mean people made a game on the Colombine Massacre. There are those very radical games out there made for what most would consider the mentally disturbed people.

But this is a troll. I can guarantee you that. Here is why:

First of all the game is supposedly made by "Javelin Reds Gaming" yet there is absolutely NOTHING to be found about this company. No website, no twitter, no wikipedia, no contact information, nothing.

Secondly this game is supposedly AO rated. But at the end of the trailer you can see the Xbox/Xbox Live and Playstation/PS network logos. And i can assure you that Microsoft/Sony will NOT put a AO rated game on their console.

Anti-Bronyish is when one is really pissed because Bronies make My Little Fucking Pony a subject that is brought up far, far too much in a forum for an machinima studio.

 

Bronies seem to think the problem is that they like a cartoon. The problem is that Bronies talk about it all the goddamn time.

Talk about the show specifically pretty much only happens in the dedicated thread. And if pony talk/images occur in other threads it is usually still on topic. Also this is the "Free for all" section so our threads don't have to do anything with Machinima.

To be quite honest, if you are not much of a gamer than you could be very easily fooled by this. The trailer and website look very professional.

Trolling, we all do it sometimes. What is trolling, you might ask.

Wikipedia says this: "In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory,[2] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[3] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion."

But in short a troll is someone who's main objective is to get you mad.

And i say we all do it sometimes, which is true. I cannot say that i don't enjoy it when someone in a Game gets upset and mad. But to what extend do you think trolling is ok? You have the small trolls who you see on forums and post troll posts and are usually easy to spot and don't cause much harm.

But then you have the people that take big amounts of time out of their life's just to make other people feel bad. What i am talking about is Slavery: The Game. If you don't know what it is the trailer pretty much sums it all up:

Now i ask myself who takes the time out of their lifes to create such an elaborate troll? To register and design a website and to create a professional looking trailer? Is it worth it?

That is not what anti-bronism is. You can have your opinion, and you are free to share it. But being an anti-brony means that you actively attack Bronies because they like the show, which in this forum just leads to spam and threads going off topic. There is one MLP:FiM thread(viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1529), you can share your opinion(negative or positive) there.

Last I checked, a valve rep said they were dropping the episodic format. Don't remember when that was though.

But they have to finish the story of EP 1/2 and doing that in HL3 would be kind of weird.
