The funny thing is if this was early 2011 or late 2010, I'd have the same exact reaction. In fact, I like to think these kids got curious and started watching the show on their own and all became bronies.

Xen has all the necessary things you need to breath in it's enviroment. How is a different matter, one I really hope no one took the time to think through.

She doesn't feel scared because she wanted to immerse herself into the enviroment without having to hear the character or lose control in what she was doing. To most people obviously, that just further strengthens the scariness factor of it. To her, it didn't. Case closed. You guys are arguing her same points over and over.
