The Medic's real name might be Fritz, the Soldier calls him so in one of his domination lines. This is not confirmed in any way. Also, Fritz was a nickname used by Allied soldiers to refer to German troops in the First and Second World Wars.

And about the Sniper:

It is possible that his first name is Lawrence, from the Uber Update's "Lawrence of Australia" section. The title is also a play on the movie title "Lawrence of Arabia", and therefore may not actually have any significance.

I'm pretty sure the engie's name is in the TF2 comic, and Demoman's family name as well.

Yeah. It was known long time ago. What about the rest of the team?

EDIT: In Meet The Director they say Mr Mundy to sniper so his surname is official as well.

Well, I'm searching the TF2 Wiki and I noticed something new there. Some characters used to have shown their names (Engie is Dell Conagher) but lots of them hadn't. Until now. I have no idea is that official Valve's work or someone is messing up with my brain...

But wiki says their full names (at least, It only works on my ipod)
