    Here's my Character's back story. I wanted to keep it short but... I can't.

     

     

    "He was raised in a distant city in which people since hundreds of years belived in their only god Pelor. It was a rich and quite big community that had only one problem. There was a huge lake near the city sorrounded by a wild swamp. It was a home of gray lizardfolks, which were very offen attacking villagers and stealing their goods. As a young man, Jake became a cleric of Pelor and joined a team of a warriors from their village, which was preparing other clerics for a fight against the wild creatures. One day, they had to go and destroy lizard's eggs that were placed in a new nest build near their homes. It was a long trip however, because everything was hidden in the swamp.

    First days of the battle were succesful, many monsters died, and warriors were on their way to the biggest nest. Unfortunatelly they were catch into a trap build by lizardfolks. Those who couldn't escape were eaten by monsters. Jake and some other clerics survived but they had to run and hide from wild creatures. They were lost on the unknown land. Few days later a city guards patrol found uncouncious Jake and his two friends, deadly injured by some poison plant. It took a week to heal them, but only Jake woke up. He was in shock and very weak. When he finally back to life he discovered that he was the only one who survived the entire trip. He didn't want to belive that. He went to the city temple and said to the other clerics that they need to go to the swamp with him and find his lost team mates. Jake was hoping they might be still alive. But one of the temple master said, the nest has been destroyed, and the guards found only three clerics from his team. But he wanted to revange on all lizards living on that swamp. He knew he couldn't do anything alone. He decided to move from the city and find people that would join him. Durring his journey he met two travelers that was on the way to the *insert the city where we all met here*. One of them was wounded. Jake was a healer and knew how to help them. He thought they might help him but first he had to find out who they are. He joined them, and wait for a good ocasion to talk about his goal. About his revange."

     

     

    Of course he's a patient man, he don't need to hurry.

    I know this isn't related to anything but I have to mention it... FUCK YEAH! NORWAY WON HANDBALL IN THE OLYMPICS!

    Actually, I've been meanig to ask this: Where are you all from, and who speaks fluent English?

     

    I know Srake and Whooves are from the U.S., same timezone as me in fact, Thadeus is Norwegian, I think JJR is Polish, and have no clue about Psychotic Ninja. I have no idea how we all pretty much happen to be online at the same time.

     

    I have no idea either but it's a very good thing. Too bad, I will not be able to post anything for a hour, becasue I don't have an internet at night. However, the best time for me is like a few hour earlier then this very momment.

    It's 11:23 now, so the 8-11 are the best for me.

    And just out of curiosity, are you going to be favorable toward Jek and Srake since they didnt make a mistake, since that's what 'having brownie points' or whatever has always ment with anyone I've talked to?

    Brownie points is just a figure of speech, a joke, just because I didn't want them thinking they had to change their own stats to make up for letting every one else keep theirs that were a little higher. It's really just like a +rep, essentially meaningless but nice to get at least.

     

    And you haven't "fucked up" your character sheet, you're just having trouble with the numbers, which is a pretty small part of the game but necessary and needlessly confusing.

     

    I will not make your character for you, building a character will give you a more personal connection to it. I do not have some specific build I want you all to have, I just want you all to be balanced. The suggestions I gave were merely that, suggestions, because you asked me to say how to fix them instead of just that you need to fix them, and I even gave you different choices.

     

    I'm sorry that we got off on the wrong foot, but I'm just trying to get everyone off on a good start.

    -i'm sorry too, its just I woked for several hours to help several people get their sheets up and running, just feels a bit like that doesnt matter lol

    About the stat thing, can't we just keep them as they are? It's close enough and fiddling too much like that is just annoying

    Um, they aren't really that close. And I don't like the fact that none of you have weaknesses, just things you're not as good at. Then again, sometimes that can just make things more fun and less restircitve.

     

    I'll allow ninja to keep his, Thadeus just drop that 13 to a 12 and it shouldn't change anything else on the sheet, and Ikthias, I find it frustrating that you brought up the point system but couldn't follow it, but fine, I'll let you keep your scores.

     

    Whooves is pretty OP, though. Please just change any two of those 14s to 12s.

     

    Jek and Srake, don't change anything. You get brownie points for doing everything right.
