That must be the mentally retarded pony :/..... although personally I believe all of the ponies are just a bunch of come together-goofs suffering from heavy schizophrenia and multipolarism and their joy is just an illusionary character taking control of their minds. I don't know if this is available in HL:Source but for me, turning bit colour to 16 and video to direct 3d worked.

Otherwise you will have to remove or switch the sprites (Because it could refuse to run without them) to empty sprites with the same name in Valve. These should be Bighit.spr, blood.spr, blooddrop.spr.

Check the rest of the sprites you don't want to show in the game with a sprite viewer.

While you could leave bloodspray the same. (The bloodstain on walls)

... Team Fortress too.

The point is though to have great mods you have to have a great engine, community, developer relationship and game.

Valve makes the most out of mods while a lot of other companies don't even release the source code.

Lol, yeah 192 is large enough that you don't lose a considerable amount of sound, but is small enough that an hour long mix doesn't take forever to load up on some internet connections. Also, I do DJ battles on a website and they require you to upload in 192 so their server space doesn't get too full.

If I listen to anything below 210 kb/ps I already feel nausous.

Now to your mix:

I love your involvement of phaser and loop effects, It was also a long time ago since I've heard a melody mix and I always like to hear something juxtapositional to what I do as a change. (Mixing through the middle of the tracks)

Now to a question: Did you mix by the harmonical scale? I observed an offscale mix at the first track.

Next,

The track selection of the mix is too mainstream for me personally, I think people here know that Mainstream tracks kill my soul by now

Gotta give props for the Avicii track though. (My feelings for you) Amazing track.

Lastly, I have to give you a congratulatory hanshake for what seems like 30 tracks in 64 minutes?

Haven't attempted this since a year ago.

Speaking of which, one of the reasons why a probe to Mars failed was because of a failure to convert some measurement from imperial to metric.

Yes, I remember reading about this failure, a european probe was handed over to NASA which thought that it was running on imperial but it was actually running on metric so all their commands in numbers were off. So it failed....

Scientific calculations around the world are calculated in Metric Units as an industry standard (SI) so when the European Space Agencies provided their work for the probe it was done in Metric. The American Scientists failed to convert these figures when implementing them in the hardware of the probe. School boy error.

 

It cost NASA ergo the American Taxpayer (YOU) $200 million when the 2001 Mars probe failed due to Top scientists not converting European Standard Metric calculations into US Imperial figures.

I have read that even Liberia changed their system by the way so now it's only Myanmar and the US using the imperial system.

I'm truly upset by this, as if a piece of me has actually died inside upon hearing the news. I can't believe that anyone's mind can become so deluded that they think that murdering teenagers in cold blood is a noble cause.

 

What really hurts the most is the news that I just heard over the radio: "max sentence 21 years." meaning even if this psycho is convicted, he'll be free to roam before long. May karma tear his ass clean off his body before then.

Well most of european countries give reasonable sentences and that is really nothing american citizens should be concerned of.

I don't know about other europeans but in Ukraine we also don't believe in "Justice" for some victim who died. We have reasoning that goes if a person died he wouldn't care if his killer got a worse punishment since he is dead.

When I speak english I used to speak with a german trying to talk british accent, since we were tought to use words like mustn't, football (Which is by the way a copyright infringement what the us did), mate, One-Nil, then I was in Canada at one time and my first mistake was to ask for a football ball in the sports shop..... then remembering the american word for it I horribly embarassed myself by saying "sosser".

Anyway, nowadays I have an accent made up of slightly russian, a lot of neutral canadian (Torontonian), slightly german and a little british. But other languages I know I speak without accent.

The American news sources have been saying the cause for the attacks in Norway may have been driven by political beliefs. I think this event reminds us again that not all domestic terrorists are Islamic.

The guy was an extremist who fought against what he saw as "turning Europe into Arabia". He was very anti-Muslim and saw his killing spree as a crusade.

With all these anti muslim movies now on the internet I can understand how such a thing can happen.

I don't even get it, if he was anti-muslim why did he kill his own people. Hopefully that is the last of this bullshit. The people on this extremist side need to understand that colour doesn't matter, culture does and the sons of Muslim immigrants usually end up to not be so muslim anymore.

It just doesn't work untill everyone in the world is willing to do this. One country trying a system like that on it's own can't succeed because of the pressure from other countries to use the traditional system. The whole system falls apart in the end. I'm proud that at least we tried to make it work, of course we got a lot of problems but we were pioneers and if you look at the 60's/70's of the soviet union you can see that the system can work...

Many other countries aren't even willing to give up their luxury for equality.

Games that get much better after playing them are usually

Multiplayer shooters which have serious competitions going on in multiplayer servers.

Basically all strategy games get boring untill you play with humans or competitively in a server.

Games with a long intro.

Personally, these games fell into that category:

Starcraft, CS 1.6, some mods of Half-life.

If you are looking for games Ross, here is my tips:

If you love multiplayer, teamplay, community, amazing gameplay at times I suggest you pick only 2-3 multiplayer games which have a good community, Ross, and become at least a good sport in them, pick one server or so, and play for competition. You won't ever feel like you need to search for more than 2-3 multiplayer games . I'm still stuck with either Starcraft 1-2 or CS on multiplayer occasionally. No players can competitively play on two different games at the same time.

For singleplayer games, I suggest Stalker, all Valve games of course, S.W.A.T., FEAR and basically just search for more games of the famous companies. Subscribe to them. Try the early 2000's and late 1990's too, best years of singleplayer.

For short fun Arcade just search DOS classic games on google or play some of the racing games. In case of DOS don't get turned off by the graphics, the games almost always provide what their genre promises.

Japan banned guns... And in recent years had a number of mass-stabbings. They seem to like going after schoolchildren.

Again, this issue should depend on the cultures.

But, does anyone feel creeped out by the fact that all the african countries like Nigeria, Niger, Zimbabwe are not on any lists. Does the government hide the statistics....? If so, then our situation is much better than it appears to be, at least we are honest.
