I have the tendency to mini-dream in Stage 1 sleep, something that I feel isn't very common. I'll dose off and still hear the teacher speaking vaguely, or the TV droning, but it's all at the back of my consciousness. Then I'll have these dreams that I have no control over, so they're more like actual dreams than daydreams. And when I wake up, I still remember everything that went on.

I have those all the time, but I sometimes has passive control over them

If you want to work your abs don't do sit ups, there is a better way. Lit down flat on the ground, raze your legs so they point strate up, trust your legs up into the air, repeat

 

Flutter kicks? Or do you mean six inches? Those focus moreso on the lower abs. Situps, though not as weighty as Leg lifts, evenly cover your abdominals, keeping them all similar in size.

Your point about soft core is a good one and that part will need to be remade to be better.
