There is a way for someone to willingly have sex with them self and it not be consensual, let me explane because this is some amazing stuff.

If someone has seizure all the time (like more then once every day) one way to fix is to cut the connection between the right and left half of the brain, this is called split brain surgery. One of the side effects of this is that the two halfs can't communicate internally AT ALL! The only way one hate can talk to the other is the same way you talk to some one else. Also because some mental abilitys are located entirely in one side or the other some interesting things happen, like if you would show some one with a split brain a word in a way that only the right eye can see the word the info would reach the left half of the brain and they would be abile to tell you the word. But if would show only the left eye they can't say the word! They know what it is, they know how it's used they can even draw a picture of what the word describe but they just can't say it! This is because the ability to comprehend speech is located in the left brain.

And aperintly the sex drive and your morality is located on different halfs of the brain (I can't remember what is on what side) so the hand controlled by the side with the sex drive will try to get you off, the hand controlled by the side with your morality (it is some where in the front for the brain but I don't know which side) will try to stop you (that is if you think that kind of thing is morally wrong)
