Back on topic to venting:
I came back form the shower and walked in on my roommate watching porn. On the TV. Through my Xbox. At full volume. With friends. With the door partially open. In a dorm filled with people who knew that I live in that room. While digging through the fridge looking for something to eat.
I can think of no reason to do that other then to make me incredibly uncomfortable, to the point that I just took whatever I was doing and left the room. It just makes NO SENSE. Later he was straight up reading a magazine called "Hussies."

I am indifferent on the show. There are some episodes that are simply amazing in quality, but not enough to keep up the average, especially with the recent episodes. And the episodes I do like are usually the ones with little to no social commentary, like the Guinea Pig one, the "shit" one, and the LOTR + porn one. When they do successfully have social commentary, it is pretty enlightening. I like how they treat no topic as safe, but sometimes they just use that as an excuse to be as lewd as possible.
I hate family guy and love the Simpsons, so please don't group them together. Simpsons has an actual family dynamic, and one of the most realistic and well-portrayed ones in TV history. Family guy is just a bunch of idiots doing stupid stuff with a Mary Sue dog.

I have to say, that was pretty epic. The music was a perfect choice, and you synced up some stuff just about perfectly there. I'd almost say it was better than the one I posted.
Unrelated note: Random guy at some video game club came up to me today and asked for a bro-hoof because he saw my awesome hoodie. About time it did what it was meant to.

I understand all of this but I keep getting a bugging urge to fall in love with someone. Not necessarily for sex, but I really want to try out all the mushy gushy blegh love stuff couples do. It just seems nice...
This. Very much this. And I wish my roommates/friends would stop telling me it's not worth it. Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.
It's only worth it if you can find the right person, believe me. It's a lot harder than you'd think.
If it were easy, we wouldn't be whining about how it hasn't happened yet.

I honestly dont understand alot of people who just wants to be together with girls/guys. (Talking mostly my age here; 15)If you do love a girl then by all means get together, but theres such a big hype about being with a girl/guy. Why? Its not status to be with someone just for the fun of it. And people say: "I have to loose my virginity!!" WHY? Whats so damn important?!
And people get upset if other people has had sex, is that really something to be jeulous about?
But the worst part is that if a girl likes me (I have 0 % interest in being together with someone) then my friend (who likes that girl) will get pissed at me! How is it my fault all of the sudden? How about he tries to win her over instead? Why rage at me for something I cant help?

Me and BraveTriforcer are having a little battle to see who can get more answers from pony ask blogs. I got this one earlier, but then he challenged me to get a question from another one in the same week. Well guess what?
3 to 3 now. Also I am amused by the fact that the two of us were answered by the same guy despite him not knowing we know each other. I also think giving my profile my pic helped greatly.

So for an English paper I have to write on how a certain piece of pop culture perpetuates or denies racial/gender/environmental beliefs and stereotypes.
Guess which show I'm going to do it on?
I figure I can point to Bridle Gossip for the first one and Applejack's cutie mark story for the last one, but the bulk of it is going to be on gender stuff, for obvious reasons.

Just about to post that myself. That was awesomely awesome. The animation was really good, and the voice of Twilight and Discord were really close. It was also very funny and did a nice job with the characters that aren't really characters.

Okay, lots of people are saying that they didn't like most of the songs except the last one, but I'm just the opposite. The villain songs particularly are really cool, and the one duet with both Cadences was amazing how the song switched from hopeful to evil while they were singing it, but the last song just seemed so pop-y. It sounds like a generic song you'd see in most teen girl movies. I prefer the much more old-school Disney songs earlier.
Actually, this two-parter had the whole range. Your basic MLP song (BBBFF), a sadder version of it, a combination Disney villain / Disney Princess song duet(This Day Aria), an even darker pure villain version of it, and then a modern kind of normal song (Love in Bloom).
And I just realized BBBFF is actually very comparable to me and my sister. I was always a book reading nerd without a lot of friends, but I always had her and always felt really close. But now the two of us are going to two colleges 300 miles apart and I feel we're growing distant.
Jesus fuck I'm starting to tear up. Damn this show is good.

Party 1 was kind of lame, but the last minute opf it and all of part two were absolutely a-fucking-mazing. I watched it with my brony friends, and afterwards we were all in stunned shock for a while. And yes, very poorly advertised.
All of this.That was really good. I'm glad I never spoiled anything for myself. I think that if I had, I would have been expecting more.I knew something was up with Cadence as soon I saw her magic aura was green. I'm pretty happy that they thought of doing that. Also changelings are my new favorite antagonists. I'm gonna have to be one now. I like being things that can change shape. ie my character in Space RP.
As for thoughts worth spoilering, here is a too-long list of things I felt needed mention:
-Glad that twilight finally got some songs. Next up: Applejack.
-So, all unrelated, Twilight's brother ended up being the top royal guardsman, her sitter was one of 3 known princesses, she attends another princess's school as a personal student, and she saved the last princess from evil?
-I remarked on how weird Cadence's aura was, and how her name was different. Both ended up not being poor choices but instead hints, kinda like in the last episode when I noticed Rarity's hair change.
-When Cadence was being a jerk, I thought "boring, just another Trixie meets Gilda," but was very, very pleasantly surprised.
-Those villain songs were awesome.
-Changelings will now appear in every fan-fiction imaginable, even ones half finished.
-Changeling design was epic, and apparently the queen is named Chrysalis.
-All of us were yelling "CELESTIA WHY ARE YOU JUST STANDING THERE" and apparently she heard us.
-All of us were yelling "JEEZ THE ELEMENTS AGAIN" then we ended up being wrong.
-Distracting the bridesmaids with the bouquet was ingenious.
-We had an honest to goodness fight scene, and dear lord was it epic. Gatling Twilight, party cannon as an actual cannon, Fluttershy avoiding conflict.
-Rarity was aweomse all episode, and is now above applejack on my list.
