I think you have a Mac, Discord, so here's what you wanna do:

Be using Sketchbook Mobile, because it lets you save drawings to your iOS Photo Library. (Other apps can do this as well, but Sketchbook is the only one I know for sure).

Plug your iDevice into your Mac with its connector cable.

Open iPhoto on your Mac.

Your iDevice should show up on the sidebar in iPhoto.

Select it, and you can then import any pictures from your iOS Photo Library into iPhoto on your Mac.

Haha, it's not hard. Just download the icons from where ever you want (deviantart in my case) and then once you have the ".ico" images on your computer, it's fairly easy to change icons.

I assume you're on windows, so what you want to do is right click an application, click Properties, and and then you can change the icon to your new .ico image from there.

It's a little more complicated for a Mac, but I don't think that applies to you.
