Seriously though, it's the great writing and storytelling, the excellent voice acting, the fact that it can be incredibly funny, and the diverse cast of characters that bring so much life into the show.

I feel for ya man. My Mom doesn't know beans about computers, so every time it doesn't do EXACTLY what she was expecting it to do, I'm called over to "MAKE THE COMPUTER DO SUCH AND SUCH! WHY WON'T IT WORK RIGHT?".

But yeah, the best strategy is to remain calm, and make sure they can see exactly what you are showing them, and most importantly, DON'T blow your top about it.

That's pretty interesting...and even though BTG will be very unhappy about it, it seems like it will work a lot more efficiently than SOPA or PIPA.
