  1. Getting reports now that Israel is forcing 40% of the population of Gaza deeper into the interior, in an attempt to depopulate the area of Palestinians. The "zone" would be 3km deep into Gaza. This probably signifies Israel crossing the Moral Event Horizon in this new conflict. I mean Jesus Christ.

  2. Except there's also the process of cleaning out all the sand in it, and hiding it effectively (public areas won't work because an Iranian/Iraqi pilot won't give a shit). Once the planes are known to ISIS's enemies, they will almost definitely try their best to find and destroy it. And then there's also fuel and maintenance, and ISIS would probably want lots of men at the front instead of working on a plane that will probably get shot down.

Has anyone considered what would happen if there is another location like this, and one of the factions stumbles across it?

The question is WHO would them? If the Iraqis/Iranians get those, they can't do too much considering Iran has better quality aircraft. If ISIS gets them, there's no point, as they have no pilots and those planes probably aren't going to be up to code against Iranian/Russian planes. Probably best if they're sold for scrap.

This all assumes, of course, that there are more out there. That is unlikely.

  4. I never said that Israel hadn't done wrong. I merely stated that Human Rights Watch is pro-Palestinian. You need to learn to not twist someone's words into a completely different meaning.

Usually when someone tells me something is "pro-Palestine", they mean it in a way that implies the thing in question is anti-Semitic/pro Sharia/evil. But not you. huh. Another OOC moment for you.

  5. Actually, yes...

Because, you know, a group that publishes both sides war crimes is still an evul muzlim plot ta kill jews!!!!11!!1!

Quit the bullshitting, because it doesn't work when every international organization agrees that crimes are being committed by Israel. And don't try to make a comeback by shouting "Hamas supporter!" because I freely state Hamas is a heinous terror group that DOES want to kill civilians en masse.

  6. How about you do so as well instead of trying to insult someone.

That was an insult? In any case I see three reasons why the damn discussion went off the rails, and you're one of them. YOU can get off if you don't actually want to add to the discussion though.

  7. Has nothing to do with how I was raised, trust me. I am incapable of holding a grudge, or targeting people who cannot change anything. I also would never, under any circumstance, for any reason, no matter what, feel that targeting an innocent is right, and I never have. (upbringing reinforced it, but didn't instill it)

I find that this differs greatly depending on the conditions you are raised, how you're raised, and what happens around you. This is probably why Hamas is popular in Gaza: everyone knows that what's around them sucks, and they blame it on Israel (although some blame can also be attributed to the aggressive nature of Hamas).

Well no wonder, if you actually believe all that Pallywood rhetoric, reality notwithstanding.

    Human Rights Watch is pro-Palestinian?

  8. Granted, but that is because everyone knows the information anyways, and doesn't need to see either to know the rightness that was there.

I wish you guys would quit patting yourselves on the back for collectively ignoring facts.

Refuse to answer wish because of the extreme stupidity and general idiocy of content. It is common for many who believe in stupid and generally false ideas to accuse the other side of being false in order to seem like the "correct side", even in spite of overwhelming evidence to the contrary. This is a ploy in order to look right. You have collectively rejected anything that contradicts the Conservative/GOP line, believing it to be right even when your sources are proved wrong, even when there is plenty of evidence to suggest otherwise. Instead of actually conceding the point, you cling to these beliefs, in a vain attempt to seem like the correct side.

Previous wish stands until I get a real answer.

  9. Because it's the only way to counterbalance the extremist atheists who refuse to acknowledge reality.

    Another great lie.

Why did you not get the joke that I made, and instead decided that it was a serious-only reply? (if it's not being projected, you can't see it... Hahaha? Any of this ringing a bell?)

Cause you're usually full of shit, and still are.

    Why must you be insane?

  10. (Also, calling communist states as we've known them "atheist" is pretty absurd. They just stripped out all other religions to install a cult of personality, which IS a religion, where they force the people to worship their leader as a messianic figure.)

I mostly call them atheist due to their opposition to all organized religion, but the personality cults DO make it seem like a whole separate religion, so I guess atheism flies out the window under Communism.

OT: Granted, but many people go insane from not being able to lie and start massive killing sprees.

I wish Conservapedia and Fox News ceased to exist.

  11. That's what I'm saying... It's the few that do (and the average is as I put it, extremely few and far between at younger ages, more common in the older crowd) that are keeping the world from massive wars over piddly shit.

I really don't give half an ass, I'm saying this thread got horribly derailed, and you should get back on topic.

  12. Yes, all the time, but you just can't see it.

    A lie.

Why are atheists so touchy about their religion?

Because it isn't a fucking religion.

    Why are Fundamentalists still around?

  13. @Pest: The definitions for "religion" are: "the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods", OR "a particular system of faith and worship", OR "a pursuit or interest to which someone ascribes supreme importance". By those definitions, if you are ascribing enough importance to try to force it on others, it is your religion.

Except atheists don't force their "beliefs" (even though atheism is the lack of belief or worship or faith in any kind of spiritual way), with Communists as a single and ONLY exception. You are proving my rule about the hard right wing.

OT: Granted but then you start sounding a lot more ridiculous.

I wish I had pain meds. Got a headache now.

  14. Oh, bullshit. There are plenty of people with a level head WAY younger than that, and most people NEVER develop the slightest shred of patience or self control at ANY age.

Would the latter group include ISIS? The group we're supposed to be fucking talking about?

  15. I refuse to accept that wish due to the massive inaccuracies within it.

Religion requires the belief of monotheistic beings, be it one or many, but regardless atheism is not that, and if you either had half a mind or weren't insane beyond any medical teatment, you would knoww that. Instead, you and the GOP, in particular the hard right faction, choose to ingore any criticism that comes your way or any kind of inteligent argument.

    I wish for an asprin.

  16. Granted, you can no longer be atheist.

I wish people would quit saying they are unbiased, and then proceed to hate on all forms of religion except their own, and even refuse to admit that it's a religion.

I specifically asked for the truth, not a crazed fantasy.

OT: Granted, but the majority of people become atheist and the religious become terrorists.

I wish for a brick in the shape of Kazakhstan.
