Does anyone have advice on Sen's Fortress? I'm getting annihilated. Those axes are a nightmare to dodge roll through. Amazingly most of the time I've survived the fall. There's quite a few Titanite Demons down there so I killed them all.

just run through the swinging axes as soon as there's an opening

the best advice i can give you is use your best shield for physical and lightning defense, and block as much as you can

if you roll past the lizards they'll usually fall in to the traps themselves while chasing you

also I strongly recommend summoning iron tarkus before fighting the boss, since the boss is really tanky and tarkus hits him quite hard

you can technically push the boss off the edge of the arena but only if you can do enough damage to him in a short enough period of time

Oh no, it's not really their voice that's annoying. It's their voice combined with their personality that annoys me. Apparently the steam help forums are completely useless when it comes to helping. New internet up and running, and on Battle.net, GoG, and Origin I get anywhere between 10 and 20 mbps download speeds. On steam I'm lucky to get 2.

 

And of course the steam forums are all "You should feel blessed to be getting 2." "Look at this guy complaining about amazing connection speed" "I only get 600 kbps stop complaining"

 

We're paying extra for the faster connection so I AM gonna try and fix it so please don't be a useless waste of page space with your "stop complaining" in a HELP FORUM.

 

No throttle is set on my download settings, region servers set to closest (not that changing that to anywhere else helped) and the firewalls on everything have been disabled to no effect. I'm inclined to believe that it's a result of the holiday seasons but I don't know...

But Steam's servers are temperamental as all fuck and only choose to work sometimes.

As much as I hate to say it, Steam has really gone down the shitter lately and the only advantage it has over Origin is the selection of games it has.

it's quite easy with a bit of preparation

build a ~1000 block long bridge and use a hellwing bow and you should be set

Fuck, I accidentally killed the first undead merchant. I really wish there was a way to sheath your weapon so you don't accidentally kill people. On the bright side I now have a Uchigatana which is pretty sweet I must say.

not to worry, he doesn't sell much of use besides firebombs (which are only necessary for cheesing capra demon)

and you can sheath your weapon by switching to an empty weapon slot, it comes in handy when an NPC is being a dick so you can punch them without them aggroing you
