I don't know Mr. Scott IRL but I have conversed with him over email. I type the subtitles because I'm an avid fan plus I'm one of the weird sort that loves to write up subtitles. When I was really young, I would try to type up subtitles for already captioned works. I have vivid memories of subtitling Disney's The Lion King until I got caught doing so because the VHS tape got worn out by my constant rewinding and playing to loop the video. I got to the Hakuna Matata song before I was stopped.

After having two other people say my work was good, then you posting this, I literally just burst into a weird mix of happiness and tears. XD Aww... why thank you! I find my motivation comes from the satisfaction of creation... after completing a drawing or composition, I will look or listen to it for like... hours. XD I'll stick through 3 hours of drawing, for the satisfaction of calling something mine for the next century and forever. I also like doing stuff for other people, that motivates me too. If you've got a major goal in creative work, you're pretty much set for life. XP If you can't find some goal or drive in creative arts, don't bother learning it!! XD If you want to master like... piano playing, just for the sake of calling yourself a pianist, stop. Pack your bags, leave Italy, don't come back. XD

Before doing so though, I just finished this recording up. You won't believe me when I tell you this only took one take... One... take... XD That's freaking amazing, seeing as it usually takes me 5 or 6 tries. And other than my fingers getting twisted and tied at some points, there's only really one major mistake. XP And I fix it in like, less than a second anyway. I'm kind of amazed at how confident I was on this recording though... usually my legs shake and I hit all the wrong notes. But like, I went into this first recording KNOWING full well that I was going to stuff up at some point. And that it'd be okay, I'd re-record and try again. But... I was wrong! XD I barely stuffed up at all. In fact, I improved over the course of that recording! Before it, I wasn't able to get the last bit straight up down pat, and other parts of the song I'd either stutter or do something completely wrong. But not in the recording! What is happening to me? XD

Also, Rarity - this is either a way of me proving to people that I can learn a piano song by ear. Or... that I can easily beat you on the 'keys' gamemode in PhaseShift if we 'took it outside'. XD But heaven forbid me trying to play it on a guitar or bass. XP You can do that. I'll give you that one.

OT: I'm having a serious doubt session... I keep thinking; "It's not good enough! I can do better!" But I have a deadline to meet. I'm happier with this animation than the older one by far, but it's still not perfect!! Grrrr... Does it look good? Does the music fit? Is something wrong? Is everything okay? Is the plot reasonable? Does it work? Ugh. So many mental questions, driving me crazy. I need someone to slap me and tell me it looks fine. Half of me says that, but the other half says there's something wrong. Fuck off other side. XD
