  2. A real Les Paul or the GH Les Paul controller(because there is one and apparently it's a lot of peoples recommended to use for this game.) Regardless you should check it out. And if it is the real, you should totally do the actual guitar track and you should totally go into details about it. :P

Real thing :P That would be a lot of fun to do! Like, if I already know the tune, I could see if it differs from what I play.

  3. Hoppípolla - Sigur Rós

You mean the single version they called The Knife Part 1?
Aye, the one they put on "Turn It On Again: The Hits [Tour Edition]". Right at the end of Disc two.
    Glad you enjoyed it!
Oh yeah! It was definitely needing the extra 7 minutes! :P
  4. We weren't supplied with a fridge when we moved into our new flat. We're getting one on Monday, because we missed the delivery last Monday. Why does there have to be a week's delay?

Also we've received a letter by a credit agency hired by our electrical supplier saying we have until the 16th to pay an outstanding bill. But we have only been living in this flat for 7 days. Clearly this is a bill for the previous tenant, whom we helped out by finishing off the tenancy for him. But he says he owes nothing. Screw getting a bayliff come and take our stuff because of a bill we're not responsible for. Imma go to the letting agency and talk to them on Monday.

And I played a gig last night, and today I can't get a sound out of my Bass cab. Here's hoping it's just the cable that's gubbed..

  5. The Star Wars: Battlefront Beta

It felt disappointing a bit... Not going to buy them

That's why I'm not as excited about the new Battlefront as I should be. The games have a great concept and are indeed fun to play, but there seems to be something...flawed in their execution. BFII significant;y improved on BFI, but it always felt like there could have been much more to 'do' in them. I remember the UK PS2 magazine going nuts about them, but eventually giving them pretty poor reviews.

  6. You know, I've never heard the full version of The Knife. Only the first section. Well, I'm going to sit here and listen to it right now.

EDIT: I've just listened to it. Wow. In that song you can hear the seeds of Prog Metal á la Dream Theater etc. Fantastic lyrical topic too, pretty current! Magnificent stuff.
