  1. Sometimes if I find something that rings profoundly with me, I think "That'd be nice as a tattoo". But I'll likely never get one. It's the permanent-ness. I guess I haven't found something I'd want tattooed yet. It would need to be something I'd want to carry on me for the rest of my life, and that means it needs to be incredibly personal and significant to me. Maybe I'll come across something when I'm older.

Other people can get tattoos if they like. Their body and such.

  2. It's that time again when I need to sort the artwork for my band's forthcoming EP.

Just been looking at the designs I did for my old band Hoverboards:

The background of our debut EP was drawn by a friend, but we felt the Mattel Board may infringe copyright, so I had to put a design over it.

Our second EP was a much simpler affair.

I know, it's all very MS Paint-y. (Although the MOAY background is a photograph of paint put through a filter.

  3. Had a dream involving the girl I'm currently rather fond of. It was a similar idea to the dreams I used to have involving the girl I crushed on in College. It's pretty much just friendly interaction, except I'm trying to get closer to her. She doesn't exactly push me away, but nothing happens.

If I had to explain it, it might be a representation of my assumption that, as good as we get on, it wouldn't work if we got together.

  4. Talking about living, today I had a couple of flat viewings. I missed the first flat as I went to what I thought was Stratford Road (Google maps said so), but turned out to actually be Stratford GROVE Road. Buhhh. To be honest I wasn't wanting to live in that location anyway. The other places had some very good bedrooms.

  5. "I think we're all just waiting for Jesus

To drop down from a wire and say

'Guys, it's me, you never will believe this

    But God is a question

And you and me, we're both mathematicians

I've run all the numbers, I've lifted the lumber

    And we have the answer:

    There is love out here

    There is love out here

You don't have to be so scared all the time'"
