take some days off man! I love game dungeon but your mental health is more important .

He's probably paranoid that taking a day off will slippery slope into the spoony experiment, aka the youtuber pit of tartarus. Noah wanted to make a movie too, you know.

The shortage will happen until they either outlaw scalping, or until they produce more cards than the scalpers can buy. I'm personally for them outdooing the scalpers and forcing all of them to have wasted money by scalping, and have it be illegal, rather than neither because people are paying a scalper to make this problem permanent.

How do you outlaw scalping? Banning resale for two years after original purchase?

Things I have to hate, just to keep this place from becoming a toxic cesspool of fanbois of non-Ross content. My hate keeps us safe. My hate is life.

Did you hear they made a My Little Pony manga and Anime?

    does this include Berzerk?

Nope. It's actually not that edgy. Guts has a constructive way of working through his problems.

John Carmack is an awesome dude, however a bit overhyped. id games actually were most times not the most technologically advanced things at the time, at least not completely. Origin, LucasArts, Bethesda did a lot of advanced 3d first-person stuff in mid-90s.

A lot of people forget about Michael Abrash too.  I tried getting though his Graphics Programming Black Book, at least the first half that deals with optimization, like 3 times. Those old guys were on a whole other level altogether

  6. Here are my deadly sins of anime

    1.  Too high concept for its own good- basically, there is no rhythm or reason to the story, presentation in a way that's too obvious.  Example FLCL, Parasyte

    2.  One trick pony- there one thing they do over and over again to the point where it's expected. Examples AoT, with the killing of characters for shock value

    3. Scope Creep- the story or power levels go out of control and it's clear that the manga author is making shit up as they go along. Exampes, AoT, Naruto, DBZ

    4. Centers around little girls. Pretty self explanatory, get that garbage out of here. Examples Madoka. (As much as I enjoyed the art style and deconstructionism, I can't let you live. Go men. *gunshot* )

    5. It's a gag series. This one is more of a personal taste, but I just can't value comedy that much. Examples Gintama

    6. Too Moe. Too much bullshit with over the top reactions and animations. Example, Samurai X. The OVA was absolutely fantastic, I was so pumped to watch the series proper. Biggest disappointment of my life. FMA also rides this line a bit, but I'll let it slide because it's pretty great overall.

    7. Literally goes nowhere. Examples Fairy Tale, Bleach

    8. There is a mention of a school club. Exception: Code Geass. CG is baller

    9. CRAWWWWLIN IN MY SKINNNN aka angst galore. Examples: Texhnolyze

    10. Author doesn't know what the fuck they are doing and are expecting the reader to fill in. Example: Ergo Proxy

    Honorable Mentions:

    a. Goes on forever with the same  Status Quo. Example One Piece

  7. I don't think Johnny C has the mathematical background ( as in a phd in theoretical mathematics ) to breakthrough AI on a fundamental level. But there are a lot of applied AI engineering challenges, especially on the consumer side, that he can probably tackle. I know a guy who knew absolutely nothing about AI, but he optimized some data processing for an ML shop which trimmed down the shop's hardware margins by several magnitudes.
