A Simple Trick I Use When Testing My Monitor

I spend a lot of time watching gaming videos and browsing forums, especially when looking for interesting discussions or new content to watch. After several hours of reading threads or checking gameplay footage, I noticed that my eyes would start feeling tired from constantly looking at bright screens. Recently I started using a small online black screen tool as a quick way to reset my display between sessions. The idea is simple: instead of leaving multiple windows open, the monitor switches to a completely dark screen for a short moment. Surprisingly, this small trick is also useful for checking monitor quality. When the display shows pure black, it becomes much easier to notice things like backlight glow or uneven brightness that normally go unnoticed while browsing or watching videos. For people who spend a lot of time online exploring gaming communities or watching long videos, small utilities like an online black screen tool can be helpful. Sometimes a simple visual pause can make returning to the screen feel much more comfortable.
