You may want to consider reaching out to Leonard French via YouTube. (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChBJtu4BhT8b8t9Qe9R-EZg) He's a lawyer that discusses copyright on YT/Twitch on a regular basis. He could at least offer some free advice, I'd think. Good luck.
