@Mira The federal officer got internal bleeding from the impact of the car BEFORE even firing a shot. Assault with a deadly weapon has ALWAYS included motor vehicles. Self defense isn't a crime, and if you're stupid enough to attack an armed federal officer after antagonizing them for the entire day, and blocking their ability to leave the area for the 3 minutes prior to the attack, you've obviously lost the ability to make reasonable or rational decisions.
In what way is this even remotely similar (apart from the fact that a firearm of some sort was involved) to the assassination of someone whose only crime was that he wanted to talk to people in a setting specifically designed for people to have conversations?
