System Shock Remake

An incredible remake that's both faithful to the original, while modernizing/streamlining where it helps the experience.

One of my favorite details is how the direction of the lighting from the sun on the planet and interior of the station through the windows changes as the station spins and the planet orbits.

Amazing game!

I liked it a lot, and it really made me appreciate what was so comelling about the original, even knowing that it has been altered in many ways.
the one part which I don't get is why they made so many of the textures pixelated: the look of the game is clearly more modern than tht.
