Why doesn't anyone view the current state of Mars as an apocalyptic event where all life was wiped out?

It's not so bad either. Mars looks like a peaceful place, and it's doing fine.

 

This is related to my post on Why is it always childless atheists who reeee the hardest about "climate change"?

 

Also, why don't we throw out our computer parts without "properly" recycling them? I, for one, would like to give silicon based life the best chance at becoming real as possible. I know you humanity haters are with me (but that's not where I'm coming from on this).
